They launched towards the end of 2021 and already have around 28,000 policies signed up!<\/p>\n<p>They have created a digital first approach which allows their customers to access all their information over their website, they provide a range of services to help people take great of their pets, including training apps<\/p>\n<p>They are now looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team and play a pivotal role in the team, design culture and big scale up period they&#8217;re currently going through!<\/p>\n<h4>Key Objectives<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;You will be responsible for determining the best way for users to interact with services, the overall flow and individual design elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Primary Areas of Accountability<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of visual and human-centred design, how design can meet brand and support usability through natural human interactions like voice, presence and gestures.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive hands-on design experience, you can initiate projects, process briefs, ideate, sketch and prototype ideas quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Proven and practical experience working with Designers and Developers in highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and prototyping spatial interactions (Events, Automotive, Games, AR, VR and similar) is a big bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for emerging technologies and their application to complex problems.<\/li>\n<li>User Experience Design, Interaction Design background preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other design teams to define Multi-User, Multi-Device, Multi-Room interaction design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Industrial Design and Engineering teams to develop hardware and software prototypes to validate design ideas and iterate quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in defining and maintaining team standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of using GDS Prototyping Kit able to design and build components to share into our design library and build interactive prototypes.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of visual and interaction design to create usable, accessible and responsive user interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of running workshops, leading discussions and facilitating the design of the service through collaboration with other professions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Toronto, Ontario","_application":"jobs@etechs.co.uk","_company_name":"Retail","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[44],"job-types":[42],"class_list":["post-21074","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry","job_listing_region-leeds","job-type-temporary"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/21074","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/21074\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":21337,"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/21074\/revisions\/21337"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=21074"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing_region?post=21074"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/etechs.co.uk\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=21074"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
